Your role and responsibilities include
In this role, you play a key part in ORYL’s growth and success by supporting the executive management with your administrative skills. Due to the small but growing nature of our business, you will support us in a wide range of domains – from Logistics to Finance to HR:
- Supporting Management in various administrative tasks, such as corresponding with partners and customers, managing bookings, and picking up the company phone
- Supporting Finance in debitor and creditor management, compiling summary tables, managing grant and state subsidies reporting as well as stakeholder reports
- Supporting Marketing with organizing materials, events and conferences
- Processing customer requests and orders
- Organizing shipments including establishing customs and delivery papers
- Supporting Management with human resources tasks, such as handling employee expenses, absence and timesheets, managing FTE allocation with respect to grants
- Support the establishment of processes and introduction of IT systems
